Order Process Can Vary per Seller
Since every seller's checkout experience can be slightly different, contact Program Support or your account rep for the most accurate guidance on how to place an order through the terms purchasing program.
❌ Orders cannot be placed from within the portal.
❌ Not all sellers support e-commerce and in-store purchasing.
E-commerce
To place an order with your purchasing program business account, visit the e-commerce shop online and select the invoicing terms payment method associated with your program at checkout.

Certain purchasing programs have a Shop button available in the navigation menu bar within the customer portal that will direct you to the e-commerce site for online purchasing, if available.

In-Store Purchasing
Some programs offer in-store purchasing where you will need to identify yourself as a member of the program either with a designated purchase card, mobile app, or account lookup at check out.
