Order Process Can Vary per Seller
Since every seller's checkout experience can be slightly different, contact Program Support or your account rep for the most accurate guidance on how to place an order through your net terms purchasing account.
❌ Orders cannot be placed from within the customer portal.
❌ Not all sellers support e-commerce and in-store purchasing.
E-commerce
To place an online order with your net terms purchasing account, visit the seller's e-commerce site and select the invoicing terms payment method associated with your program at checkout.
Shop Button in Portal to e-commerce site
Certain net terms programs have a Shop button in the navigation menu bar within the customer portal, which, if available, will direct you to the e-commerce site for online purchasing.

In-Store Purchasing
Some programs offer in-store purchasing, where you will need to identify yourself as an authorized buyer on your company's net terms account, either with a designated purchase card, mobile app, or account lookup at checkout.
