How do I resend an invite to a pending user?

Discover easy steps to resend invitations to users who haven't accepted them yet.

To resend an invite to a pending user…

  1. Navigate to the Users page under the Admin Settings
  2. Select the pencil icon on the user record in the Users table
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the General page
  4. Select “Resend Invite” under User Account Status

 

Reasons to Resend an Invite

  1. The original invite has expired.
    1. Invitations expire 7 days from being sent
  2. The user did not receive the initial invitation
    1. If the user is still having trouble receiving the invitation after attempting to resend the invite,
      1. Verify the correct email is on the user account 
        1. If the email needs to be updated, deactivate the current user account and send a new invitation to the correct email address
      2. Work with your IT department to ensure nothing is blocking the email from being received or add the sender email to a Safe Sender list
