To resend an invite to a pending user…
- Navigate to the Users page under the Admin Settings
- Select the pencil icon on the user record in the Users table
- Scroll to the bottom of the General page
- Select “Resend Invite” under User Account Status

Reasons to Resend an Invite
- The original invite has expired.
- Invitations expire 7 days from being sent
- The user did not receive the initial invitation
- If the user is still having trouble receiving the invitation after attempting to resend the invite,
- Verify the correct email is on the user account
- If the email needs to be updated, deactivate the current user account and send a new invitation to the correct email address
- Work with your IT department to ensure nothing is blocking the email from being received or add the sender email to a Safe Sender list
