Starting on April 10th, 2024, all email notifications are receiving an update that will include a new, consistent style and some updated text in the email body. Check out some of the examples below, so that you are able to identify our new emails once they are available to ensure you don't miss any important program communication.
If you ever have any questions whether an email you received is a legitimate program email, please contact Program Support.
Note: each email will have your program's logo in the heading that you see at the top of the customer portal. The examples below have an example placeholder logo, “VORTEXpay”.
