How do I see my list of disputes?

Learn how to easily access and view a list of your disputes in just a few simple steps.

To view a list of open, resolved and declined disputes, navigate to the Disputes pages by clicking on the Activity menu then selecting disputes from the drop-down. Only Account Admins and Payer Roles  have permissions to view this page.

The list of disputes shows the data for the last 30 days by default. The list includes the following information for each Dispute:

  • Date Raised - The date the dispute was first raised.
  • Raised By - Shows the user who raised the dispute Group Name.
  • Transaction ID - The id of the transaction being disputed if applicable to your terms.
  • Invoice - The invoice number being disputed.
  • Order # -  The order number associated with the transaction or invoice. (Hidden by default)
  • PO - The PO number associated with the transaction or invoice.
  • Dispute Reason - The dispute reason selected when raising the dispute.
  • Status - The current status of the dispute.
  • Status Changed - The date of the last status change.
  • Amount - The disputed amount.
  • View - this is a link that takes you to see more information about the status of this dispute.
