You can test a PO number against the entire set of active PO number formats you've previously defined. To do this:
- Click the ‘Test a PO number’ button while on the ‘Purchase Policies’ page (only available when ‘Validate PO Number Format’ is toggled on)
- A popup modal with an input field will allow the user to enter a PO number and test it by clicking 'Test PO Number'
Please note that this functionality only tests against PO number formats that are currently active and so formats scheduled with a future start date will not be included in the valid set of PO formats to test against.
