Option 1: Navigate to the Security page under the user Profile Settings and select “Change” under Current Password. You must know your current password to change your password from here.

Option 2: On the customer portal sign-in page, select “Forgot your email or password?” You will enter your email address, and a Reset Password email will be sent to your inbox.

For Admins
Account Admins cannot reset passwords on behalf of users. The user themself must follow the steps outlined above to reset their password.
