If your purchase card is lost or stolen, the first thing to do is to ask your Account Admin to ‘Lock’ your purchase card. This will temporarily prevent any purchases from being completed with your card.
To ‘Lock’ a purchase card as an Account Admin,
- Navigate to the Purchase Cards table located on the Purchase Controls page under the Admin Settings
- Select the pencil icon on the purchase card record in the Active Cards table
- Select “Lock Card”
- If the purchase card is located, return to the same page and select “Unlock Card”

If you are unable to locate your purchase card and need to permanently terminate the card, follow the same steps as above and select “Terminate Card”.
