How do I submit my remittance advice?

Learn how to correctly send remittance advice to ensure it is processed quickly.

The remittance email address (or physical address if paying by mail) can vary by account, so please reference your invoice PDF to confirm the correct place to send your remittance details. The below image is only an example.

Remittance Guidelines

For your payment to be applied exactly as you intend, please ensure you’re paying the correct amount and detailing the invoice number (NOT PO or Order Number) as a reference. Accurate remittance instructions result in more timely payment applications, current receivables, and higher credit availability.

NOTE: If remittance advice hasn’t been provided within 22 days of receiving payment, we will apply payments oldest to newest, for both fully unapplied and partially unapplied payments. This means the oldest invoice will be paid first

  • Remittance instructions should always be sent at the same time as the payment. Please email the remittance instructions to the remittance email address provided on your invoice.
  • Double-check your invoice to ensure you are referencing an open invoice(s) only
  • Make sure that the payment and remittance amount match
  • Please provide Invoice numbers or Transaction numbers in their entirety (these can be found at the top of each invoice)
  • Do not include special or hand-written instructions/notes with your payment as our technology will not recognize them
    • If you need to provide instructions or notes please state this in the remittance email
  • Please ensure you are making invoice payments to the correct program
    • Check the bank details on the invoice you’re paying before making the payment to ensure it's being paid to the right party. Payments to the wrong party may delay future purchases.
  • You can pay multiple invoices in one payment
