What is billing frequency?
Billing frequency determines how your transactions are grouped into invoices. Depending on your program, invoices may be generated per transaction or on a recurring cycle.
What are net terms?
"Net terms" refers to the number of days you have to pay an invoice after it's issued. For example, "net 30" means payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.
How do I know my current terms?
Your current billing frequency and net terms are listed on your invoices and on the Company Info page in your Admin Settings.

How do I request different payment terms?
Changes to your payment terms generally require review and approval by the seller offering your net terms account. For the quickest inquiry, contact the seller to learn about what term options are available to you.
Alternatively, you can contact Program Support, which will help your request reach the appropriate party for review.
