To update your billing address, contact Program Support to submit an address change request. Your request will need to be reviewed and approved before it can be changed. The billing address cannot be changed from within the portal.
What is the billing address?
The billing address is the address displayed on the Bill To section of your invoice and is the company address that was provided on the application when applying to join the program.

How do I change the billing address for a Separate Legal Entity group?
If you have a Separate Legal Entity group* within your account hierarchy, the billing address can either be the address for the Separate Legal Entity or the address for the parent company. You can change the billing address for purchases within the Separate Legal Entity group on the Group Details page located under the Admin Settings / Groups page. To change the actual address for the Separate Legal Entity group, you will need to follow the same process as defined above or delete and recreate the Separate Legal Entity group.
*Separate Legal Entity (SLE) groups are only available for US, CA, and UK customers, at this time.
