To update your personal user account information, navigate to the Profile Info page under the Profile Settings.
Fields you have permission to update:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Username / ID

Phone
- Note—If you enable SMS text message as your 2-step verification method, your mobile number will be automatically populated in the Phone field. However, changing your phone number on the Profile Info page will not update your 2-step verification settings. This will need to be done on the Security page.
If you need to update your email, your Account Admin must terminate your existing account and reinvite you to the business account as a new user.
